About: This Cisco Nexus workbook or lab guide is made with the goal of testing Cisco Nexus switch features on NXOSv 9000 environment. It will help network professionals to not only learn Cisco Nexus technologies but also check and test new supported features in a lab enviroment before deploying in their production boxes.

Most of the features are supported such as L2, L3, vPC, OTV, FabricPath etc and work perfectly fine on NXOSv however there are some fuctionality which is not supported in this platform such as VDC, Fex and QoS. Broadly OTV and FabricPath lab tasks are being performed on 7k while all other lab tasks are being performed by 9k.
